Deer Leases app for iPhone and iPad

Deerleases.com has been facilitating the process between hunters and landowners for the past 18 years. We have been featured in the Wall Street Journal Texas Edition, The State of Texas Outdoor Annual, Texas Trophy Hunters magazine, the North American Hunting Club magazine, The San Antonio Express and Dallas Morning News newspapers and many more.

We average over 1,000 leases per year and over 1,000,000 unique IP hits. Our biggest challenge has been that we have more hunters searching for prime properties than landowners aware of our services. So, as a result our leases are usually leased in a short period of time. We believe our app will deliver this critical information to the serious hunter by the most efficient means available. The app lets you search a single State and as many counties as you want in that State. Additional States are available for purchase.

When you download the app you will be walked through a process where you will Select which State and County you would like to hunt in. If any properties are listed in our database at that time you will be notified and will have the opportunity to review the properties. The information available will be a detailed property description, up to 50 photos, and videos. We encourage landowners to provide as much information as possible. When a property is posted in a State and County you signed up for the app will immediately notify you via your smart device. It will be up to you to review the property and determine if it a possible fit for your needs.

This app is NOT a search tool. It is specifically a notification app.

It is your responsibility to validate the information posted. We are not responsible for any inaccurate information. It is also your responsibility to negotiate the terms and conditions of your lease with the landowner or agent. We bring the lead directly to you and you do the rest of the work.
